Returns Policy

At Love Aura, we want you to shop with confidence. We comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) regarding product returns, replacements, and refunds to ensure you receive high-quality products.

  • Claims must be made within 12 months of purchase with proof of purchase from Love Aura.
  • Customers are responsible for returning products if they can be posted or easily returned.
  • If an item is defective, we will provide a replacement where stock permits.
  • If a replacement is not available or a major issue is identified with the product, we will offer a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns and refunds in the following cases:

βœ” The product was damaged in transit and is not of merchantable quality.
βœ” The product was supplied incorrectly.
βœ” The product arrived within 90 days of its expiration date.
βœ” The product has a major fault or is unsuitable for its intended purpose.

For faster processing, please provide your original order number when requesting a return.

Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns if:

✘ The product was not purchased from Love Aura.
✘ The claim is made more than 12 months after purchase.
✘ The product has been used or opened (unless faulty).
